Will we see a notice pursuant to section 203D(3)?
And a substantial holder notice confirming the 30%ers are acting as a group?


Maybe R08’s words could be used as the 30% ers catch phrase “Stay as is and lose whatever it is you hold - guaranteed ! Or work toward change...”
