Worse than that mmbo, they lack real credibilty.
Both have limited big business experience and both seriously lack governance experience, strength and ability.
Several posters have questioned their independence based on a lack of guidance and their recommendation that 9.1c was a good price.
One poster managed to extract the lift times, volumes and values from the company but other parts of the value chain puzzle that can assist us REMAIN in a silent void. Ignored you might say.
To summarise--I seek the independent directors resignations.
I seek the valuation of the company at the end of August as compared to its worth after the Sept. lift.
I actually want to know how much of my capital on the first day of September will be available for Risco to asset strip and pay for their SH should they be successful.
With all these facts and a few more such as natural field decline and regeneration costs
I could make up my mind in the light, not in the dark.
