If 10% of us remaining holders object to takeover which we all obviously do then by the LAW they have to go to court at THEIR EXPENSE and the court gets a new independent valuation to determine FAIR VALUE.
It is then we will be rewarded if not before because I don't believe they want to go to court.
If they go to court they will have to include this quarters earnings (another 25-30 million) plus there is a JORC currently due that will easily double the coal assets we have.
All this equals $$$ and more value to the share price!
I believe easy $2 in value by the time we get to court.
