i had a look over their announcements and their NTA is $1.04 and their share price is $0.30 and its on a 30% div yield.
i have also had a look at the financial statments and AEZ properties have to fall by 12% before they become forced sellers. The spanish property needs to fall by 6% however they have extra LVR capacity in their other properties. this stock is the buy of the century at these prices.
