In fairness to Peppie, who seems very knowledgable on the mineral sands space, comparing BSE and SFX at this stage will just lead everyone in circles.
Simply put- BSE is producing, Sheffield is not. Granted, SFX has superior zircon grade, LOM and arguably the preferred mining jurisdiction but there is still the NT, financing and construction stages to hit before any true comparisons and projections can be made imo.
