Impressive they sold thier worst performing centre for a decent profit. Agree it needs to be stripped out, as it was , in respect of the ongoing profit. Increase was 15% from prior half . Need to do $3,076,000 this half to meet guidance of 20% increase in NPAT stripping out the $420K gain on sale of the centre. Last year they did $2,520,000 in the 2nd half so they need another $556,000 of profit to meet guidance . Second half will have a full contribution from the two centres acquired in Sep 2017. May need to buy another centre to shore up guidance with the $420K profit on the sale of the centre stripped out.
