Esh - my guestimate on the value of the plant and infrastructure, similar to the Westgold SKO transaction discounting all remnant resource/reserves.
That's if there are any takers, there are a few emerging players who may be interested but its a buyers market - likelihood of DRM realising any value for AW is little to none.
Throwing this out there, even with recent exploration success - don't see DRM adding much value to shareholders until they repay debt. Hence, selling AW infrastructure.
