The main concern from ASX appears to be the accessibility to China cash pile at the moment but which is not a requirement for resisting. The other main one is corporate governance issues given there were so many breaches.

My concern is the integrity of the CEO which will determine the future and cash of the company. If he has responsibilities, integrity and honesty , we will do fine as long as business is profitable and whether we get the cash or not in the short term is not a major concern. If we can’t trust the person in charge then he should be replaced ASAP for someone who can take this business forward.

The hope is high once we get relisted and the share price will adjust with the sentiment, but as we all could see the value is there, just like mining, needs time and skill to extract them. Patient is the key currently while we have ASX is the elephant in the room
