Kalgoorlie Mine Management, Pan Pacific Mining and Caconda are all controlled by the same person James Del Piano who is a substantial shareholder under the name Kalgoorlie Mine Management with 114,500,000 shares in total at last check. They are the same entity really when you are looking at the top 20.

Kalgoorlie Mine Management became a major shareholder when MLS acquired its Canadian assets (including Lac Rainy) in December 2016.

Pan Pacific Mining has held their 35m shares since late 2010. I think they were from a capital raising at that time.
