From my research Baraka Energy & Resources Ltd (ASX:BKP), have oneoil and gas tenement in the NT, is ran by the same Board as CVS, They raised $600k ealrier this year. I cant seem to find any mention of this 2012 deal about the iron sand on there webs site, in fact the project is not even mentioned on the web site under "other projects"
