Except you didn't say that - what you said was:

I thought Guidance Note 8 requires contract announcements to include the name of the customer and the term, nature of products to be supplied, significance to the entity and any CPs. "We've signed a contract with a big company" doesn't seem to meet that requirement.

As i said, the initial announcement did everything required short of naming the customer - it was a long way from the "we've signed a contract with a big company" announcement that you alleged it was (presumably alluding to the GetSwift-type of announcement that precipitated Guidance Note 8 being released).
