You seem to have worked yourself into a state of frenzy over these presentations.
As Rogues has clearly stated, there was at least 40% of the time spent responding to questions at the Sydney presentation yesterday - openly and professionally, as we would expect from a Public Company Chairman and CEO. I am convinced they will happily answer your questions within the confines of their legal constraints as Directors.
However I cannot allow you to continue to hold out that the previous Chairman acted appropriately at the 2017 AGM when he deliberately tried to mislead the shareholders by asking for a show of hands to elect a Director that he knew a substantial majority of shareholders had voted against. You were present and you saw what went on. That behaviour alone was enough for me to want him gone forever and arguably a serious breach of his duties under ASIC.
I have posted before that any amount of bleating on Hot Copper will not determine the actions of your Board - but now you have the opportunity to ask direct questions. Don't waste it.
I believe we now have professionals at the helm with a real chance to monetise the science, which so many of us LTHs have waited to occur. If it is necessary to have a CR to finally effect this, then so be it. None of us are happy to have our holdings watered down - but I would rather have 80-90% of something than 0% of nothing!
Go to the meeting and ask your questions - I am sure you will find a new culture in the room that has been a long time missing.
