Of course, there will always be competition, but Resmed is the market leader for good reason. And like any market leader it can demand a premium price (just like iPhones do despite their highly competitive market). The predominant reason I invested in Resmed is because I love their products. I have sleep apnoea and tried CPAP about 5 years ago but could not tolerate it, mostly due to the discomfort of the mask. Last year I decided to have another try, this time with the Resmed Airsense with N20 mask. The improvement compared to my previous trial was breathtaking (excuse the pun). The mask is so comfortable I can hardly feel it and it does not leave any red marks on my face in the morning and importantly I feel dramatically better during the day!
