The Fortrend facility is known in the trade as a death spiral and perhaps you should have a very close look at past experiences by other companies with these (i bet the wood ducks at OLY didn't).

Anyway I think there was a minimum price requirement of 15 cents to start the self imolation of one of these.

Guys just have a look at the screen,3.8m through this morning with the exception of one trade of 47k through at 10.5 all the rest have gone to the Big Guy including one shareholder who just dumped 2.5m in one parcel. That shareholder must have just read the half yearly!
