To answer your questions:
1) $5.8m market cap
2)420m shares currently exist so we are at $5.8m market cap @ 1.4c (additional partially paid shares are calculated into HC's MC calculations)
3) Haven't looked, but it's in the appendix 3b, expirting nov 2019 @ 1.8c strike price.
4) Qtrly just came out, we raised $3.6m with 50% underwritten to CPS @ 1.2c. Current cash balance of $1.8m with outflows of $490k expected

Questions are being raised to why ~$860k is missing from the quarterly, as we raised 3.6m not ~2.7m as listed in the documentation. Our cash position should be around ~$2.6m but pending a response back from SRN on this..

SRN is cheap because it simply hasn't been spotted... Until some other day when we hit record volumes, and CPS (being the underwriter) was most likely dumping their holdings for 50% profit. Otherwise we would have absolutely rocketed with that volume which got soaked.

Also worth noting that Vladmir bought $800k worth of shares out of his own pocket. If that doesn't inspire confidence from mgmt, I don't know what does..
