Hi Jluzza. Did they contact you or vice versa?? Just wondering if the ambo chasers are going through the old share registery list or what?. I guess only people that had to sell and have actually realised the loss can claim it? What specific lack of disclosure do you think they will persue? Perhaps Eddie is on board as he can reclaim his fortune from the auditers or indemnity insurance via a class action?
Interesting to see what angle they take and what money they want upfront? You would think if there was a case you would let AS-l-IC do the work and then just hop on the back of it. Guess we know the answer to whether AS-l-IC is likely to chase any company. not.
