question. if there was fraud based on the number of marginal seats contested using tax payer money, then is the government in victoria legitamite ? is any any law passed legal if the government of the day is illigitmate ?

if i borrowed money from my mums bank account to pay some employer wages and didnt ask is that stealing. whether i put the money back, paid the money back its still theft. labor party think simply paying the money back no criminal offence has been committed. there was suggestion that people who had been arrested should have only been questioned !! waiting to hear if there is enough evidence to lay charges ? if yes, and extensive corruption are we talking criminal conspiracy ?
