I can't see any obvious chalco or pentlandite in those photos, just lots of pyrrhotite and pyrite. I've done enough core logging to know what chalco, etc. look like.
If they can't show us photos of chalco or pentlandite, which is normally visible in hand specimen if there's any decent % amount, i.e. economic quantities, I'd be waiting for assays before rushing to buy shares. Just sayin...
