when you have them allotted you can put them up for sale to cover the cost of the cost of your rts issue
wbe share price would have to go .8 cent for them to sell say at .4 of a cent. if you hold, the options will follow the share price of wbe by about -1.2 cents
you could try putting up all your rts for say .4 cents and don't take up your rts they would sell if wbe tracks up to .8 cents
