Yep you are right, last Top 20 I have seen was 2017 Annual report which had Top 20 with over 80% so it's well held. Dilution is always a concern, but with approx. 500m shares on issue and a market cap of $1m there is plenty of room for upside, even with significant dilution, as long as they can get the SP up before the recap / vend in / capital raise. Don't forget, BSP will need to pay back the $500k it owes, so that needs to be accounted for.
