All a hype and pump, page-25

Schadenfreude has come to mind before, but I'm not sure that's a good enough motivation for this much effort. Paid downrampers sounds wild, but I can consider it a possibility... but who would be paying?

I'm hoping there's a simple explanation that might make me appreciate their contribution as a good balance, but it's never materialised in all the times it's been requested...
