Many times these 'start-ups' dont quite understand the majority overhead costs are salary. It irks me when directors take salary like they are a fully fledged profitable company. When I see this I proceed with caution.

Just because a company is listed doesn't mean you can empty the piggybank.

I haven't read the particulars in this case as of yet, but it's just a general comment and concuring with the previous post.
