gas in water out eventually fixes the problem , if you go way way back the merIts of water
got discussed in about 2006-7 , water was originally rejected as a strategy then for some reason it was adopted later . it will be what it will be , the major delay will be building a work around for the water hence the storage and lower well work , the major risk is servicing debt in the meantime .
