the quarterly report stated that the Southdown Data Room had been opened to prospective JV partners.
Not sure if this is the first time the data room has been opened.
Either way, this is a significant event as prospective JV partners would not want to waste time and effort in a Due Diligence exercise unless they thought a deal could eventuate.
Given that pellet premiums are forecast to remain elevated for some time, I believe the data room news is very, very significant.
