40 metre plus hits tells me they are right next to the Fish River Fault and did not go into it this time, like with hole 304. IMHO this hole gives us a true indication of the depth of the mineralisation.
I get a copper equivalent of around 3.7% for hole 304 assays today, so still very good, and expect the 42 metre hit to be similar.
There doesn't seem to be much wrong with the mineralisation here at all, but the pace of reporting is appalling which is possibly holding the market back.
Taking from early June to late July to report assay results indicates to me something is wrong with the way the company has organised themselves. Once you have samples at the lab it should only take 2-3 weeks to get results and a day or 2 to write up the announcement at most. This indicates it is either taking a month to get the samples to the lab, or they are using an exceptionally slow lab.
Either way it is something to be pressing management about.
