The quote was referring to an earlier announcement that was made some days ago, and the post was made referring to that announcement.
I was mostly referring to the fact that a few days ago the announcement said 10 weeks to commissioning now its been extended to 20 weeks.
I guess 40 weeks will be closer to the mark since GMC announcements are usually double the time frame at least.
