so your saying you dont have the finance and your not producing, Simply becoming a 'producer' doesnt just justify a 100m+ market cap. Its about how much and for how long.
How much are the producing and what is the Life of Mine? How much additional $$ required via dilution to get producing at a decent output and to prove up a reserve to provide sufficient feed to process?
You cant value a company based on being a producer, you can only value them on how much they produce each year, at what cost and for how long. Until that is confirmed, this is a $70m company with no assets.
