The information in the link is inaccurate but gives you a sense of things. If we need to get 10% we would actually need all the small shareholders plus some from the top 20. I dont think we will achieve this on HC unless someone tries reaching out to the people on the list.

Based on the above, i think a class action law suit would be the only way. Otherwise, we would just have to follow the ride and hope ASIC/media/government step in.

What im worried about is if T2 let it drag past Dec 31, then they would be entitled to offer us any number they want, even if it was 1 cents for a share. Thats what i understood from this Target Statement so if im mistaken please correct me.
