There was always the element of doubt as to how they lost the EPL rights in the first place.
On a straight line reading of the announcement, one would have to feel reasonably confident that, should the court hearing in July uphold the process of law (as described), there appears little downside left in the stock.
We might even see a new run...now wouldn't that be exciting.
