Firstly, US$5.21 = A$7.02 at today rate of 0.742, never mind the US$5.25 offer.
Secondly, you completely missed my point. There were people talking about acquisition with some CR. My point was that the board could not do another CR at sub $7 to fund any acquisition. That's all.
The operation aspects in the QR are all good - increase production with less capex despite of the earthquake, etc. KG has done a good job. Keep good things going and avoid stupid things, such as CR and the zero-cost.
