It still doesn’t mean they will delist but they could. There would be pros and cons to both options. They would probably wait to see the DFS first, they’d need 90% interest, 50% to request a shareholder vote on delisting, get past minority shareholder rules etc. I think this is what they need to do and could be wrong so dyor. So its still speculation at the moment
