Given how low the share price is an escrow would be nice. I seriously hope there is some decent news to accompany the details of the CR. The last one was supposed to see the company through to cashflow positive. That certainly hasn't happened. There's a lot of stock to be converted to revenue which is nice, even better when it actually is converted.
