Think everyone is aware of ATC's flow-sheet, but it really depends on how you phrase these things. For instance, there is a world of difference between patents on THE refining process and patents on A refining process. My feeling is that any patents are probably closely aligned to a particular deposit's characteristics and processing needs. FYI are basing their processing on low atmospheric pressure and moderate temperatures using 'off the shelf' components. Presumably because metallurgy of their koalin supports it.
