Doesn‘t look like phase 2 will ever get to nameplate stand alone
Hopefully phase 3 will.
I wouldn‘t be suprised if Phase 3 is delivered ahead of schedule however, givem the performance shares.Share holders will pay for it in 3 methods
Dilution in the cap raise
Dilution in the performance milestone aspect
Loss of productiom
