I would say that the best capital sites are at Clayton, Manningham, Malvern which are all former MDI sites. Olympic Park is probably doing quite well and the Stuff at Vermont Footscray, Niddrie and St Albans would also be doing well. There are however small Xray /OPG clinics which would not pull much revenue scattered all over the place and dont have U/S or CT. I presume rents are low and Xray/OPG is cheap to operate.

I dont know how Capitol profitably operate 15 MRI with only 1 having a full licence and only 8 having partial when say Primary Have 10 MRI with 6 full licences and 3 partial in Capitols market. It puts Capitol at a disavantage where as is no medicare rebate available for seven of their aparatus and only medicare rebate for specialist referals at one. i-med also have the bulk of their apparatus funded for specialists or GPs with about 8 full and 14 partial licences but the continue to charge out of pocket. Primary bulk bill. Surely Capitol patients would go elsewhere.
