Ann: MOD to Consolidate 100% of T3 Project, page-16

On balance the deal appears to me to be fair .
A lot of the options will be exercised as MOD raises more capital from share holders .
The big up side for me is the simplified structure resulting in a faster progression of finance and project start .
If a takeover offer came along the decision is largely in MOD's hands .
MOD has the option of becoming an owner of all the JV assets .
One of those rare Win / Win deals .
