All reasonable points apart from the fact that MR is going to tip another $2.5M dollars in to this having just spent around $200K on market. Clearly he must know something that you don't know or he is just stupid.
I'm inclined to think there is a clear plan.
I don't think KLL is a distraction to RWD, 75Ktpa is boutique. Personally I think KLL are doing a great job in promoting the sector.
