The CEO Mr Chung was generally quite transparent and confident in the TNE technology path.TNE has some 1200 customers and can boast of a 99% retention rate. TNE has 8 vertical markets and sees immense growth in all markets. TNE has doubled in size every five years so far and sees no reason why it should not continue. I raised the question about TNE’s status at Macquarie Uni. The CEO said that with the advent of the Cloud the University was obligated to go public seeking a new provider. TNE understood this and was very very confident of keeping the Macquarie account. They have the account for 20 tears. There simply is no other competitor. TNE has 325 modules over 14 products
- What is the % success rate of winning quotes for new systems and/or cloud upgrades?
While the question was NOT directly answered, the CEO said that failures in the Consultancy division have been significant. They have included consultants not been conversant with the latest technology developments. There has big shakeups in this division.
- What is the FTE turnover rate in the Consulting Division?
There is attention given to the training of consultants and very tight tracking of their work and movements and need for continuous reporting of progress and customer reactions. The number of consultants is increasing rapidly. EG the UK has gone from 4 consultants to 40
Yes. These companies were set up by ex-employees of TNE. There is a reasonable professional relationship with them. Occasional not so good. These groups are familiar with the Pre-Cloud TNE software, but have no information about CI anywhere etc
- Any losses of System Maintenance to providers like LanLaus, Galaxy 42, AllAboutXPert, ChartSmart, and Green Cloud.?

- How long will it take for C4 to replace current system?
