A natural person can sue for defamation, a company can sue for injurious falsehood if they can prove malice, (this is normally difficult to prove) however IMO, in the case of the obvious bias and malice in the series of AFR articles on BLA it should be possible. Also Kim should have a personal case against them because they refer to him personally running a Ponzi scheme. His corporate career is incredibly damaged from these articles.
