thats where it is right now, you can either vote down the changes and keep everything the same or vote the changes in, its a tough choice but one you all have to make individually, personally if I owned I know which way I would go, those that wanted change are now wanting something else, you have at least 2 new directors coming onboard that have industry experience which is way better than what you would have had if the failed 249D had of been successful, and unfortunately you dont have many other choices left, so when it comes time to vote, think about it very carefully, you will not get another chance, GLTAH
