Conspiracy theory Mk.1--- They've got the dividend, they are eligible for the rights issue. Sell some today but not all and get a third of the remainder back next week cheaper (simplified). Cash in the Bank and a decreased exposure but still have a sizeable holding.
How's that for a huge guess ??
