With violent brawls reported by News Corp in Chippendale, WOW is really falling down very badly.
Chippendale store in Sydney resembled a “fight club” according to News Corp and daily mail. WOW staff regularly have baskets hurled at them on a daily basis and teenagers, a 12 year old and a 14 year old reported to police after the violent brawl.
News Corp is reporting that since the plastic bag ban, they now cost 15 cents apparently according to the report, staff have received constant abuse, checkouts have resembled a nightmare for staff and security staff as staff get hurled abuse at them.
Worst customer service story in the world today just surpassing Ryanair, in Europe, where customersbleeding from the ears were forced to endure 27000 ft descent in 10 seconds and forced to sleep inHan airport.
By resembling a “fight club” where abuse is hurled on a daily basis, WOW just,anaged to beat Ryanair for poor customer service.
