Not quite so. Not talking your everyday NAB or Westpac. There are many financial institutions set up for these type of specific needs. Sure ....the interest rate will be between 12 - 15% but again it would be better for this to be done in the set up of things than a CR. This would only be necessary in the short term as the generous margins being made get ploughed back into the business. Not that difficult really.
