When to Catch a Falling Knife

    I have been watching IRI for two years.
    I bought a little in the Feb correction.
    The SP went back up towards $4 , but surprisingly not as convincing as I expected.
    Somebody knew. All the posters were very happy with the stability and easrnings.
    But this morning , the first report that stopped a long line of high EPS growth.
    So I bought. These are my reasons.
    1. No debt on BS
    2. Long history of high EPS growth
    3. No management change
    4. No mention of contract loss to a competitor
    5. It may be a TIMING issue, the fall in EPS
