Most Likely BDR Stopped Mining Stopped on Jun-23rd, the Day MACA Contract Ended. Two reason for that
..
1) Management will have the excuse that BDR operation need to be shut down for a while to integrate New Upgraded Plant.
2) So far No New Mining Contract has been singed.
..
Either way, my wild guess is BDR is not mining right now. What ever was in loop may have ended on June 30th.
