A friend of mine who is a radiology senior manager described Capital Radiology as being "all over the shop" with their recent acquisitions especially i-rad and to some extent Spectrum. He also thinks that in doing do they have built a moat that even Sonic would not takeover, noting that Sonic have no real radiology operations in Victoria apart from their Epworth JV.
