Great Stuff. 4.25% great for SCG.
Scentre Group, the country's largest listed retail landlord, has bought a 50 per cent stake in Westfield Eastgardens in Sydney's south‐east from the Saunders family's Terrace Tower Group for $720 million.
The deal with Tower Terrace Group - the family property group was created by John Saunders who also co-founded Westfield - was struck on a cap rate of 4.25 per cent.
