One point for thought, from NTU's very own George Bauk, Managing Director/CEO from the 17/01/2018 webcast when a question is asked, Key Risks From George's Perspective?
One of his answers: Probably also Price I mean I can't give a definitive answer as where price is going to be but that's a risk of the project from July onwards as having a look as to where the price of dysprosium and terbium is going to be from July onwards.

Now when you are getting R&D rebates of 43.5% and price is going to be a risk from July onwards, and today's average price of Dy is down to $174 USD a kg.
What does this say about their ongoing financial position?
I see a BIG red flag, and this is only one there are more IMO.

You have posters on this NTU forum that have put it out there for others, to put certain posters on ignore, why would you not want to get a balanced discussion, that's if there are any that can engage and substantiate great sound economic reasons for NTU's project.

IMO NTU are punting this already subsidised project on an increase in RE prices, specifically Dysprosium, and it is not happening.
