Unfortunately, as many have likely experienced, rock chip samples aren't a solid indication of whether an asset is worth purchasing; only that there's potential. Even then, it's so easy for people to cherry-pick samples to make it seem too good to be true. IMO the acquisition will just result in the company spending even more money on exploration rather than bringing one project to fruition.
