But aren't they only raising about a million or so? This is roughly an $80,000 fee - I consider it a reasonable incentive and therefore a fair price to pay for what may not be an easy sell. If the use for the funds ever adds true value to the company (and exercising of the options brings roughly another quarter million dollars into the kitty) then it's definitely a fair deal for AYI.
